I booked my Pickup for the wrong date, what should I do?

Plans change and times can be moved around. This is something we completely understand.

The drivers are pre assigned and booked in advance for your transfer. If a driver is already on the spot, we will not be able to refund the charges

However, should you ask us to edit the date of your transfer at least 12-hours before it takes place then we will able to confirm the modification.
