What is your no-show policy?

We want to ensure the best transfer experience possible for you. 

Our drivers and out support staff will wait for 45 minutes of the complimentary time before reaching out to you. We will do so by call, SMS and finally via email. 

The driver will then proceed to wait for an additional 15 minutes to complete the 60 minutes complimentary waiting time before finally leaving.

In cases of traveller no-show, the charges are non-refundable
