Who is Your Assigned Driver
Before every pickup we take great care to ensure you're aware of your ride's details, including who is the driver assigned to operate your transfer. Upon receiving your booking, we'll send you a confirmation email and once a driver is assigned to your transfer we send another email with your driver's details!
Just before your pickup, once your driver is at the pickup location you will also receive a text message notifying you that your driver is waiting for you.
Where You Will Be Meeting Your Driver
Depending on your selected pickup point - whether that is an airport, port, hotel or other, your driver will be waiting for you at a particular meeting point. This will be mentioned on your booking confirmation email
On some occasions the drivers are not allowed to wait directly outside of an airport or port arrivals gate based on local restrictions. For that reason, it is very important that you check the Meeting Point mentioned on your email to ensure you easily meet your driver.
Not Being Able to Locate Your Driver
If you're not able to locate your driver, please call them immediately. You can also reach out to our Customer Support team (+1 (877) 255-8178) or send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help you locate them.
