How do I get my receipt? Can I have an invoice

You are supposed to receive your receipt together with your confirmation email. In case you did not receive your payment confirmation please contact support at orders@welcomepickups.com

Please note, that as we are not a direct transfer service provider we are not able to issue an invoice for your transfer. Our drivers are instructed to issue a receipt at the end of the ride, which includes their VAT information. If you would like to receive it after your transfer we will be more than happy to provide you with your drivers details to contact them directly or try to facilitate this on your behalf
