1. How can I access My booking details?
My Trip page shows the details of all your booked transfers and experiences with Welcome and allows you to easily edit your rides and make additional bookings.
There are 2 ways how to access the My Trip page: through the email or our website https://www.welcomepickups.com/
Option 1. Email
1. Go to the recent email & click on the "Manage my booking" button.
2. You will be automatically redirected to My Trip page with details of Trip and access to the full transfer details view, where you can edit and cancel the transfer.
Option 2. Website
1. Go to our website https://www.welcomepickups.com/
2. In the Desktop: Click on the "My booking" on the top right corner
In mobile device: go to the top left menu button and choose "My booking" option from the opened menu
3. You will be automatically redirected to My Trip page with details of Trip and access to the full transfer details view, where you can edit and cancel the transfer.
2. How to login to My booking details?
2. Enter the email of your latest booking.
3. You will receive a login code by email.
Click on the big green button "Click here to Login" to autologin or enter the code manually.
If you didn't receive the email, check promotions and spam folder.
You can also resend the email again or send the login code by sms, that will be sent on the phone number used in your recent booking.
