Your Welcome driver will be at the pickup location you have selected at the time you have indicated.
Your driver will be tracking your flight for delays, so if you have booked a pickup from an Airport and your arriving flight is delayed, your need not worry! Any delay for up to 8 hours will be accommodated and your pickup time will be changed accordingly. The same applies to a Port pickup where your ship is delayed for up to 8 hours. If the delay is longer than 8 hours please contact our Customer Support team, as in case we cannot accommodate that delay your transfer will be cancelled and refunded to you.
