To submit a complaint, please contact Welcome Pickups Support at email@example.com or via our contact form here, including the following information:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Booking number, if applicable (Ex. W-123456-1)
- Any supporting documentation, that could assist with the investigation (Ex. Photos, screenshots, receipts)
Once our Support team receives the report, you will either be immediately serviced by a representative or in the eventuality that the case needs to be escalated, you will be contacted within 5 business days by a higher tier specialist.
